Services Provided

EQUITA provides a founder support ecosystem including:

Access to business architecture methodology
The 7 Engines framework and structured growth insights
Systems-led support and operational guidance
Future platform features and proposal submission capabilities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Monthly Subscription: EQUITA operates on a monthly subscription model at €10 per month.

Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial months of service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize EQUITA to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Not share your account access with others
Not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided through EQUITA are the intellectual property of EQUITA and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to EQUITA or other users. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Limitation of Liability

EQUITA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

EQUITA provides business architecture frameworks and insights for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Your success depends on your own efforts, business conditions, and various external factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
